Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients.
• Perform bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation support.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience in a public CPA firm (required).
• Experience with various tax forms (1040, 1120S, 1065 etc. . .)
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Ultratax) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Bonus: Experience with tax prep support
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
